What are your input factors? (What do you need to know or do before you can begin?) Include the research did you do and where?
We needed to know how to use photoshop. We also needed to know how to make a CD cover using themes and different fonts that reflected the song we chose, and the song Mr. Adams gave us.
Describe the process in detail. Explain the steps you followed in order to complete the project.
First, we had to choose a song. We had to make a CD cover using photoshop. Each picture we put into our CD cover had to be modifed in some way. When we finished making the CD cover we had to put a filter on it. Then, we put it into Microsoft Publisher and put the lyrics on the other side with a backround picture. We also had to make a record label that goes on the back of the CD cover, along with other opponets needed to make a CD cover. When this was finished we made a second one using the song Mr. Adams gave us.
Describe the final output / product in detail: (what are we looking at?)
The final output was a two sided CD cover that is folded in half. The outside has our CD cover photo and our record label along with the other opponets. The inside has a backround picture and lyrics.
Describe feedback you received during the project (suggestions, comments, etc). From peers and the instructor. How did you use this
feedback to correct issues with your project?
Feedback we recieved was to make the paper a certain size that matched with the CD case. If the CD cover was too small or too big, points would be taken off.
What did you learn during the assignment such as tools, skills, design concepts, software, hardware, etc. Where else could you use what you learned? How can you apply what you learned in other projects, areas, courses, assignments or outside school?
We learned how to use Photoshop. This software is used to improve, or to make pictures different or add to them. You can apply this outside of school if you get a job that requires advertisement, by making pictures for billboards or magazines.
If you were do the project again, what would you do differently and why? Provide reasons and examples
If i were to do this project again, i would add more pictures into my CD cover. The more pictures that are added into the CD cover, the more orginal the picture is.

We used the Universal Design model to create our own syrup label. There was an input, process, output and feedback that went into the project. We made waffles on waffle day and ate them. Then, the next day we made our own syrup label using the pictures we took.
These are the months January and February which are a part of the 2014 Calendar we are making.
